He wrote poems on political topics.Arrested on March 5, 1958 as “a member of an anti-Soviet group.” Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the GSSR on May 29, 1958 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 to 4 years of labor camp.
In 1972 he emigrated to Israel.
