Genus. in 1891 in Irkutsk; Ukrainian; from peasants. He graduated from a theological school (according to other sources, a model school at the Irkutsk Teachers' Seminary). He graduated from the ensign school and participated in the 1st World War. Then he served in Kolchak's army, lieutenant. Before his arrest, he lived in the city of Oirot-Tura (modern Gorno-Altaisk), worked as an accountant for the Oirot regional police department. Arrested on February 20, 1933 in the “White Guard Conspiracy” case. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated August 5, 1933, he was sentenced under Art. 58-2.11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated.
