Evseev Fedor Alekseevich
Born in 1894 in the village of Karoliny, Novogrudok district, Minsk region; in 1908 he entered the Novogrudok city three-year school, pedagogical education ; participant in the First World War and the Civil War. In 1921 he was demobilized to Perm. He worked as the head of the newly formed Institute of Social Re-education (ISR), an orphanage and a colony. In 1929, he was given a suspended sentence of 1 year in a labor camp under Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR with deprivation of the right to hold leadership or responsible positions for 1 year. Lived in the city of Perm. He taught military affairs at a paramedic-midwife school and a physical education technical school. Arrested on October 28, 1937. Sentenced by a troika of the NKVD Directorate for the Sverdlovsk Region on December 5, 1937 under Art. 58-10-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of imprisonment. On 19.01.1938 he was transported to Bamlag, then to Pechorlag of the NKVD. He died in Pechorlag on 12.07.1942. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the military tribunal of the Ural Military District on 02.06.1956.
On October 30, 2019, a personal memorial sign was installed at house No. 103 on Lunacharsky Street in Perm in memory of F.A. Yevseyev as part of the Last Address project.
