Born in 1896 in Kursk, in the family of a professional military man. Graduated from the Alexander Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum. He was left without an eye, having shot himself in the temple. In the 1920s he worked at the People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs in Moscow. At the time of his arrest, he was a senior consultant in the legal department of the People's Commissariat for Foreign Affairs. Lived at the address: Moscow, Khoromny deadlock, 2/6, apt. 3. Arrested on August 22, 1939. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court on 07/09/1941 under Article 17-58 paragraphs. 6, 8, art. 58 clause 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 15 years in labor camp. Served a prison sentence in Ustvymlag of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. 08/20/1943 died in the camp hospital. Rehabilitated on December 1, 1956 by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court.
