According to the first arrest, he was rehabilitated by the decision of the Leningrad City Court of March 29, 1957. He was re-arrested on August 8, 1937. By the decision of the "troika" of the UNKVD of the Kalinin Region of September 27, 1937, he was sentenced to death. Shot on 11/01/1937
