He served in the bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan Militia from 09/01/1931. Head of the command department of the Leningrad Regional Police Department. Dismissed on August 10, 1937. Arrested 09/23/1937. On November 22, 1937, the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR was sentenced under Art. 58-1a of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 11/27/1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on 06/11/1958.
