Khomenko, convicted by the Military Tribunal of the 16th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Corps on September 30.[ 1947] according to Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with loss of rights for 3 years and served the sentence until July 22, 1954.
