Born 02/22/1897 in the village. Kuvekalitsy Porkhovsky district. Pskov province; Russian, secondary education (according to other sources, primary), member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1929. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (Krasnaya St., 20, apt. 61), room. labor chief of the Red Triangle plant. Arrested 03/04/1933. Sentenced on May 28, 1933 by the OGPU Collegium under Art. 58-7, 59-3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with replacement by 10 years of camps. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by decisions of the Leningrad City Court of September 26, 1956 and December 24, 1966
