Since 1901 - a doctor at the Tula Zemstvo hospital; in 1917 - a member of the Tula City Duma; in 1917-1918 - chairman of the Tula city council and chairman of the orphan's court: in November 1917 - head of the Tula district commission for elections to the Constituent Assembly. Creator of the first X-ray room in Tula and the first neurological department, which he headed before his arrest. Arrested 03/07/1938; sentenced by the Troika at the UNKVD in the Tula region. 10/08/1938 to VMN; shot 10/08/1938. Rehabilitated 05/26/1956.
