Genus. in 1905 in Soltsy, St. Petersburg province. In 1945 he lived in the village of Mussy, Soletsky district, Novgorod region; arrested and convicted for the fact that, while living in territory occupied by the Germans, in August 1941 he voluntarily joined the police, in February 1942 he joined a punitive detachment, took part in punitive operations, and was awarded a medal by the German command; sentenced to the military service of the NKVD troops of the Novgorod region on February 27, 1946 under Art. 58-1 “a” and 58-11, taking into account health conditions, to 10 years in prison. On October 31, 1995, the prosecutor's office of the Novgorod region refused rehabilitation.
