Arrested on 07/28/1937 (according to other sources - 09/01/1937). On charges of committing pr.pr. Art. 58-7,8,9,11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District to VMN on 09/29/1937. Shot on September 29, 1937. By the definition of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR of 06/09/1956, he was rehabilitated posthumously.
