Karpetin Alexander Georgievich
Genus. in 1910 in Rzhev. In 1923 he joined the Komsomol, graduated from a seven-year school and a railway technical school. In 1928, according to the order of the Komsomol, he was drafted into the OGPU bodies and sent to the Central Higher School of the OGPU. In 1931 he joined the party. After graduating from school, the OGPU was sent to the Special Inspectorate. He worked as a party organizer in Rzhev on the Kalininskaya railway. d.
