Genus. in 1904 at the station. Zlynka Novozybkovsky district Chernigov province; Jewish; from workers; secondary education; weaver; economist; member of the CPSU (b) in 1926–1936. In 1934–1936, inspector at the Exportles trust; head the mass sector of the party committee of the Mekhstroy plant (according to other sources, Liftstroy); instructor (propagandist) of the Kirov district committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Lived in Leningrad (Gogol str., 18, apt. 60). Arrested on October 5, 1936, accused of “Trotskyism.” Sentenced on December 29, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification with confiscation of property. In custody in Belbaltlag (Medvezhya Gora station), then on Solovki. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated.
