Kayum Khan Veli
Definition: Turkestani ideologist and Uzbek nationalist, pro-Nazi collaborator of World War II. Founder of the National Committee for the Unification of Turkestan, one of the organizers of the Turkestan Legion. In the post-war period, he was an active figure in the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations.
