Genus. in 1901 in St. Petersburg. Census officer of the motor department of the Leningrad provincial military registration and enlistment office. Lived in Leningrad, 25th October Ave., 111, apt. 33. Arrested on 02/02/1924 by the OGPU PP in the Leningrad Military District. He was accused of being a member of the anti-Soviet sabotage organization “Spasskoye Brotherhood” and being engaged in counter-revolutionary activities, Art. 67, evasion of general useful work, Art. 69, resistance to government officials, Art. 73 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the OS at the OGPU collegium dated September 26, 1924, he was imprisoned in a concentration camp for a period of 2 years. Rehabilitated on October 10, 1991.
