Kitaev Yakov Ivanovich

Genus. in 1899 in the village of Yanevo, Suzdal district, Vladimir province; Russian; from peasants; incomplete higher education; member of the party and the Central Committee of the Socialist-Revolutionaries. From 1919 he was in political isolators and exiled for counter-revolutionary activities. In 1923 he lived in Moscow, a factory worker; arrested 04/20/1922; released 04/14/1923. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1923 by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office in October 2003.
In 1933 he lived in Moscow; student; arrested 03/25/1933; sentenced to 3 years in prison. In 1936 he lived in the Moscow region; 04/07/1936 sentenced by the Moscow Regional Court under Art. 58-12 to 2 years ITL.
In 1937 he was in exile in the village of Novoselkovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory; worked as a sawmill. According to some sources, he was arrested on 03/01/1937 (according to other sources, arrested on 07/14/1937); died, while under investigation, in the regional hospital of the OMZ NKVD on 06/17/1938 from decompensated heart disease and general weakness.
According to other sources, being a prisoner, he was arrested in June 1938, sentenced to VMN on June 17, 1938 and shot on the same day.
He was rehabilitated in the case of 1938 by the prosecutor's office of the KK on 11/11/1998.
