By resolution of a special meeting of the USSR Ministry of State Security dated 02/04/1950, he was sentenced to 25 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in Vorkuta, Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Released on 02/13/1956 by decree “On amnesty” of 09/17/1955.
