Born in 1903 in the village of Medvedki, Rzhyshchevsky district, Kyiv region; Ukrainian; no name; higher education. Economist-planner. Arrested on September 24, 1937. Sentenced by the decree of the NKVD troika at the Chernigov Regional Administration of the NKVD of the Ukrainian SSR dated November 16, 1937 to 10 years in a labor camp. Arrived in the Far North on August 15, 1938. While in prison, he worked as an economist at the Mayorych enterprise from August 15, 1938 to July 16, 1942 and at the Gorky enterprise from May 16, 1942 to September 24, 1947. Released on September 24, 1947, until 1968 he worked in Magadan as a freelancer. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Chernigov Regional Court on 12.05.1956. Died in 1983 in Leningrad.
