German Consulate Lille Louise. Brother Sheffer, an officer of the tsarist army, was shot in 1918, the first husband, Regel P., a naval officer, was shot in 1921, the third husband, Oltov E., was convicted in 1927. as a German spy. The fourth husband, I.N. Kobernik, is involved in the present case. Meeting of the Special Troika UNKVD DATED 07/15/1937. sentenced to VMN. 19.12.1955 case against Kobernik V.V. terminated for lack of corpus delicti.
