Kokkonen Hugo-Heinrich Matveevich

Genus. in 1904 in Helsingfors, Finn, b / n, citizen of the USSR, lived in Leningrad, Zemledelcheskaya st. d.2, apt. 163. Arrested 09/30/1937 UNKVD LO. He was accused of being an agent of the Finnish intelligence agencies, who illegally arrived in the USSR for espionage work. On the instructions of the latter, he collected and transmitted espionage information of a military, political and economic nature, i.e. in crimes under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, in December 1937. in a special order, by the decision of the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on 12/07/1937. Rehabilitated on 07/28/1958.
