Genus. in 1901 in the village of Bazykino, Emelyanovsky volost, Staritsky district. Tver province; Russian; higher education: graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute; Member of the Federation Council of the Union of Social Democratic Youth. In 1924 he lived in Leningrad; arrested 10/06/1924, sent to Butyrka prison in Moscow; sentenced by the OS Kogpu on June 12, 1925 to 3 years in a concentration camp. Imprisoned in the Yaroslavl political isolation cell, then in the Chelyabinsk political isolation cell, where he stayed until September 1926, then in the Suzdal political isolation cell. On February 24, 1928, OS KOGPU was sentenced to deportation to Kazakhstan for 3 years. Since 1931 he lived with a “minus” in Uralsk. Sentenced by OS OGPU under the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR on March 14, 1932 under Art. 58-10 to 2 years of exile in Kazakhstan. In March 1932 he was in the Ural correctional home, in April - in the Saratov isolation ward (according to other sources - in the Suzdal political isolation ward). At the end of his term, in 1934, he was exiled to the Northern Territory for 2 years. In 1935 – in exile in Arkhangelsk, he worked as a senior economist. Arrested 04/15/1935. “Data about his counter-revolutionary activities were not confirmed during the investigation,” in June 1935 he was released from custody and sent to the disposal of the SPO UNKVD for the Northern Territory to further serve his term of exile. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in West Kazakhstan region on September 2, 1937 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 10 years in ITL. In 1948 he lived in Uralsk; arrested 11/13/1948; sentenced by OS MGB USSR 04/02/1949 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 10 years in ITL. Sentenced by OS MGB of the USSR on 04/02/1950 under Art. 58-10, 11 part 1 to 10 years in prison. Released from the Irkutsk region on 01/05/1956 on the basis of the Decree of the USSR PVS of 09/03/1955. Rehabilitated in the 1948 case by the West Kazakhstan Regional Court on November 28, 1957; in the case of 1950 - PVS USSR 09/03/1955.
