Genus. in 1910 in St. Petersburg; Russian; b/p, former member of the Komsomol until 1932; incomplete higher education. In 1933 he was sentenced to 5 years, and in 1934 to 10 years in a concentration camp for criminal activities. Before his arrest, he was imprisoned in the West Siberian ITL of the NKVD. Arrested on August 15, 1937. He was accused of being part of the leadership core of a counter-revolutionary organization, Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. In September 1937, the case was transferred to the judicial Troika of the UNKVD LO.
