Born in 1895 in the village of Bashchevichi, Belarus, Klichev district; Jewish; higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Forestry Industry of the USSR. Lived in Moscow, Kozhevnicheskaya St., Bldg. 17, Apt. 77. Arrested on June 11, 1938. Sentenced by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR on August 28, 1938 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization. Executed on August 28, 1938. Place of burial: Moscow Region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR in July 1956.
