Genus. in 1900 in Kamenets-Podolsky; Russian; social democrat. In 1923 he lived in Odessa; arrested and sentenced to imprisonment in SLON, kept in Savvatia. In 1925 he lived in Kharkov; arrested in June 1925; sentenced in 1925 to 3 years in prison, in August 1925 he was kept in Butyrka prison, in September 1925 in Tobolsk, in March 1928 in Chelyabinsk, then transferred to the Yaroslavl political prison. In 1928 – a prisoner of the Yaroslavl political prison; sentenced to exile in Narym, where he was in April–November 1928. In 1931 he was sent into exile in the village of Parabel, Narym Territory. From 1931 to 1934 he lived in exile in Ulyanovsk. In 1935 he lived in Saratov, worked as a representative of the Bashnarkomkhoz for the regulation of funds; arrested by the NKVD in the Saratov region on February 20, 1935; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on June 20, 1935 to exile in Yshkar-Ola for 3 years. In 1936 - in Yoshkar-Ola; arrested 06/30/1936; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on 08/05/1936 to 5 years in prison, served in Vorkuta, released on 10/08/1944, remained to live in Vorkuta. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Saratov Region Prosecutor's Office on August 30, 1989
