Graduated from LEMI in 1930. majoring in Electrical Equipment. Before his arrest, he was an electrical engineer at Dalenergo in Vladivostok. Arrested on July 17, 1938. Accused of providing anti-Soviet agitation. Accused of conducting anti-Soviet agitation. Sentenced by the Primorsky Regional Court on August 21, 1939 under article No. 58-10 to 5 years in labor camp followed by loss of rights for 3 years. After an appeal in cassation, the case was returned to the Supreme Court of the USSR Supreme Court on August 21, 1939 for a new consideration. Released by decree of the Primorsky Regional Court of December 21, 1939 for lack of proof of the crime
