Genus. in 1909 in the village of Zhuki, Sebezh district, Vitebsk province; member of the CPSU(b); Second Secretary of the Ryazan Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.
Arrested on October 17, 1949 in Leningrad on charges of belonging to an “anti-Soviet group that carried out sabotage and subversive activities.” Sentenced by the USSR Military Command on October 30, 1950 under Art. 17-58-1a, 17-58-70, 58-10 part 1, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 25 years in prison. Rehabilitated on May 14, 1954 by the USSR Air Force.
