Born in 1931 in Tambov region, Kirsanovsky district, village of Ramza; Russian; member CPSU; military radio technician, captain, served in military unit 61599. Lived in the Ukrainian SSR, Kiev region, Bila Tserkva. Arrested on October 24, 1972 for producing and distributing leaflets. Sentenced by the VT of the Kyiv Military District on 04/06/1973 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, ZH-385/17. By decree of the PVS of the USSR dated August 18, 1976, he was pardoned. Released on August 31, 1976. After his release, he worked as a radio mechanic, mechanic, and chief of a refrigerated train.
