Art. 58-7 (sabotage), 58-9 (acts of sabotage) and 58-11 (counter-revolutionary organizational activities) to capital punishment. Shot on May 17, 1938. in Kuibyshev. The burial place is unknown. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on June 25, 1956.
