Lived in the village Karabselka, Murinsky s/s, Toksovsky (now Vsevolozhsky) district, Leningrad region. 03/28/1942, together with other Finnish families, she was deported with her parents from the Leningrad region to the Krasnoyarsk region. Until the end of the war, the family was in the village of Uza, then they were allowed to move to Krasnoturansk. Kurkhinena M.P. mobilized into the labor army in Chelyabinsk. Released in 1947, received a passport, returned to the Leningrad region, but failed to find a job there. Settled in Estonia. The family arrived from Krasnoturansk in 1954. In 1996 lived in St. Petersburg.
