Sentenced by the OSO at the collegium of the OGPU DCK on June 28, 1931 under Art. 58-4-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated 31.08. 1989 according to the conclusion of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the KDVO according to the Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
