Arrested for the second time on May 26, 1945, charged under Art. 58-1a of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (treason to the Motherland). By the verdict of the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Leningrad Region dated July 12, 1945. sentenced to 10 years in labor camp.
