Genus. 12/21/1911 in Melitopol. Until 1924 he lived in Stavropol. In 1924, together with his father, he was exiled to Tashkent. In 1936 he graduated from the construction department of the Central Asian Industrial Institute. In 1941 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. Member of the board of the Uzbek Scientific Engineering and Technical Society of Builders, scientific secretary of the Uzbek Bureau of Earthquake-Resistant Construction. He took part in the design and restoration of evacuated factories. Worked at the Central Asian Industrial Institute. Arrested on the night of February 13th to 14th, 1943. Sentenced by a resolution of a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated 08/16/1943 under Art. 58-10 to imprisonment in a correctional labor camp for 3 years. Died in prison in Aktyubinsk on December 10, 1943. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Uzbek SSR dated July 14, 1960.
