Genus. in 1891 in places. Radeevo, Gomel Mogilev Province; Jew; higher education; member of the RSDLP (m) in 1917-1922. In 1919-1922 he was a member of the Gomel and Kharkov Committees of the Mensheviks. He was arrested in August 1921 and 10/27/1921. By order of the Commission of the NKVD on administrative deportations dated 01/05/1922, he was exiled to Turkestan as an active Menshevik. Arrested again 03/14/1922; sentenced on 04.04.1922 to exile in the city of Kokand for 1 year; fled from exile. In 1922 he was a student at KhTI (Kharkov Technological Institute). Arrested again 11/23/1923; sentenced to imprisonment in a concentration camp. In 1925-1926 he lived in Moscow, took an active part in the activities of the Moscow Committee of the Mensheviks. In 1926 he was sentenced to 3 years of exile. Arrested again 04/21/1930; On July 28, 1930, he was sentenced by the OSO at the KOGPU to 3 years of exile in Eastern Siberia. After serving his term, he lived in Poltava, where he was a member of an underground counter-revolutionary organization, for participation in which he was arrested on 06/15/1937; sentenced by the OSO of the NKVD of the USSR on 10/05/1939 under Art. 54-10-11 to 5 years in prison; arrived at institution AM-244 (Solikamsk, Molotov region) on January 2, 1940 from Chelyabinsk; released 02/16/1947. After being released as a SOE, by decision of the OSO under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR of 01/04/1947, he was exiled for 3 years to the Molotov region; departed for the Nyrob district of the Molotov region. 08/10/1948, in an administrative order, for further exile, he arrived in the city of Kokchetav, Akmola region. In 1949 he lived in Kokchetav, worked as deputy chief accountant of the Kokchetav Mechanical Plant. Arrested on December 31, 1949 by the UMGB in the Kokchetav region; sentenced on September 20, 1950 by the OSO under the Ministry of State Security of the USSR under Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison; in custody - in the Peschanoy camp (Karaganda region). Rehabilitated in the case of 1949 by the Central Commission for the review of cases against persons convicted of counter-revolutionary crimes held in camps, colonies and prisons of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs and exiled in a settlement, 09/20/1950.
