Member of the RSDLP (Menshevik), was in tsarist prisons. Participated in World War I as a veterinarian. After the February Revolution - a member of the Revolutionary Council in Odessa. In 1918 moved with his family to Kyiv, after 1920. - to Moscow. worked as an assistant at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of the Moscow Veterinary Institute. Published scientific papers, incl. in Germany. Since 1926 - professor, head Department of Pathological Anatomy of the Saratov Veterinary Institute. Arrested in the autumn-winter of 1932-1933 in Stalingrad, released in May 1933. Arrested again on December 31, 1937. Shot. Rehabilitated in 1957.
