Genus. in 1901 in Warsaw. Social Democrat since 1919. Son of an old Social Democrat who lived in exile in the 1920s. Incomplete higher education. Lived in Moscow. In 1921, a student at the Institute of National Economy. K. Marx. In 1922, a student at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Moscow State University. One of the leaders and organizers of the Moscow Union of Social Democratic Working Youth in 1920, member of the presidium of the Trade Union Bureau. Arrested 08/15/1920, 08/23/1920 sentenced to imprisonment in a concentration camp until the end of the civil war. Released under amnesty. Arrested again on February 25 (24), 1921 in Moscow, at the “Forward” club, he was in Butyrka prison. On April 26, 1921 he was transferred to Ryazan prison and released the same year. 02/28/1922 arrested; in February 1922 he was listed in the Internal Prison of the GPU. On March 21, 1922, after a hunger strike, he was transferred to Butyrka prison. In the conclusion in case No. 13789 dated April 21, 1922, it was proposed that he, as one of the most active members of the youth Social Democratic organization, be sent to Cherepovets under escort for 1 year (counting from the moment of his arrival in exile). By resolution of the Kogpu on April 24, 1922, he was exiled to the city of Melenki, Vladimir province, for 1 year. A court meeting of the GPU board on May 9, 1922 decided to deport him to the city of Korocha, Kursk province. In 1922 he was sent into exile and in the same year he fled with A. Kranichfeld and others to Kharkov. In the fall of 1922 in Kharkov he worked as secretary of the Main Committee of the RSDLP of Ukraine. In December 1922 he was arrested in Kharkov and sent under escort to Moscow. In 1923 he was sent into exile and when sent to the place of exile, he escaped from the stage in Orel. In the same year he emigrated to Germany, then to Holland. During World War II he left for the USA. In 1966 he returned to Holland. Died in Holland. Rehabilitated in cases of 1922 by the Judicial Collegium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR on December 28, 1990 and May 9, 1992.
