Definition: Soviet and Russian bard and writer. Ataman of the North-Western District of the Cossack Union, one of the founders of the Nevskaya Stanitsa (the first independent Cossack community in St. Petersburg). Since 1974 - member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR, since 1980 - member of the Union of Writers of the USSR. Minister at the Representative Office of the Komi Republic in St. Petersburg.
