Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on August 20, 1923 under Article 114 of the Criminal Code (economic clause) to 5 years of forced labor. Released on 12/01/1927 by order of the Commission for the parole of prisoners of the Sollager ON OGPU dated 10/22/23/1927 with the right to reside throughout the entire territory of the USSR. He served as an authorized representative of the Administration of the OGPU camps in Leningrad from 08/20/1927 to 10/28/1930, as the head of the Sevzaptransles forest exploitation group from 01/09/1931 to 11/15/1934. Released from work at the Sevzaptransles Trust due to the liquidation of the Trust. In 1935 he worked at Lendrevtrest, from 02/04/1936 - in the Leningrad regional office "Soyuzzagotsnab", from 04/13/1940 - in the Carton Food Industry of the Glavsnab NKPP of the USSR, head of the timber and fuel sector. The criminal record was cleared by order of the Leningrad Regional Police Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 29, 1940. According to his son, in 1940 he was taken from work and sent to the Far East as “a member of the government commission for the settlement and development of the Far East.” Further fate is unknown.
