Genus. in 1902 in Batumi; Jew; b/p; Higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a senior engineer in the 2nd Main Directorate of the People's Commissariat of Defense Industry. Arrested 06/23/1937; sentenced by the special board of the Leningrad City Court on January 15-17, 1938 under Art. 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to imprisonment for a term of 25 years; the sentence was overturned on December 7, 1938; died during the blockade in 1942. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad region prosecutor's office on March 20, 1939.
