Genus. in 1932. In 1951 he was sentenced to 25 years in the labor camp in Brest-Litovsk. He served his sentence in Vorkuta. Released early under amnesty after Stalin's death. In 1959 he was arrested for belonging to the underground organization "OUN-North" ("OUN-Pivnich"). 1960 sentenced in Kyiv to 12 years in a penal colony. He was kept in Mordovian camps. In July 1971 he was released. Died on December 14, 2013 in Lvov.
