Genus. in 1903. In 1919 he headed the Komsomol cell in Lipetsk. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. Sent to Germany to write a dissertation, then taught at universities in Moscow, associate professor. In 1931 he was sent to Leningrad, head of the department of civil law at the Institute of Soviet Construction and Law at Leningrad University, professor. Then he worked at the Leningrad Planning Commission. In January 1935, he was transferred to work in the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where he was secretary of the party cell. Arrested in November 1935 in Krasnoyarsk, sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on March 27, 1936 to 3 years in the camps. While imprisoned in Magadan, he worked at the Vodopyanov mine. Arrested for the second time in the camp, sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in Dalstroy on 09/07/1937. Shot in Magadan on October 13, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Magadan Regional Court on February 1, 1957.
