Genus. in 1904 in Zhitomir. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1924. Student at the Leningrad Technological Institute. On 12/20/1927 he was expelled from the CPSU(b) as a member of the underground Moscow-Narva district committee of Trotskyists. Arrested on June 12, 1928 in Leningrad. On December 27, 1928, by resolution of the OSO Collegium of the OGPU, he was expelled to Kazakhstan for a period of 3 years. On January 25, 1929, by a resolution of the OSO at the OGPU Collegium, he was imprisoned in the Tobolsk Isolator for a period of 3 years. On September 12, 1931, by resolution of the OSO at the OGPU Collegium, he was exiled to the Urals for a period of 3 years. Rehabilitated on February 1, 1989 by a resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court. In party terms, the Bureau of the OK CPSU has been rehabilitated.
