Born 23.10.1900 in Sevastopol; Jewish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918. In the Red Army since 1918, participant in the civil war. Graduated from the Frunze Academy. Assistant to the chief of staff of the 19th Rifle Corps of the Leningrad Military District, before his arrest - chief of the 4th department of the Leningrad Military District headquarters, colonel. Lived in Leningrad, Khalturin Street, Bldg. 16, Apt. 22.   In August 1937 he was expelled from the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested on November 4, 1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on September 20, 1938 under Article 58-1b-8-11.   to capital punishment. Shot on September 21, 1938 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on September 27, 1955.
