Born in 1916 in the village of Perekopovka, Glinsky district, Sumy region (Ukraine); incomplete higher education; hydrometeorologist. At the time of his arrest, he lived in the city of Arkhangelsk, was unemployed. Arrested on 18 June 1942. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the USSR for the Arkhangelsk region on 19 August 1942 under Art. 58-10, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a labor camp, followed by deprivation of rights for 5 years, with confiscation of property. According to N.B. Kruglova, after his release in 1952, he left with his mother for the city of Krivoy Rog, where he worked as a rate setter in the capital construction department of the Novaya mine. On a voluntary basis, he led a drama club at a local club. Killed after 1955. Fully rehabilitated on 16.01.1991 by the Presidium of the Arkhangelsk Regional Court.
