In 1922–1923, a workers' faculty member of the PPI and a worker at the Neva factory, organizer of the factory Komsomol cell; in 1924–1926 a grinder at the plant named after. K. Marx; member of the RCP(b). Until 1930 he worked in Komsomol and party work in the Novgorod province.
