Lychak Petr Vladimirovich

Genus. in 1949; Ukrainian. Arrested in 1969 for attempting to illegally cross the state border while serving in the military. Sentenced under Art. 64 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 (according to other sources - to 12 years) of a strict regime penal colony. He was held in Perm camps, l/o 35, 37, 36. He took part in hunger strikes for the rights of political prisoners. Released at the end of summer 1977.
