Malygin Ivan Nikolaevich

Genus. in 1892 in the city of Sestroretsk, Vyborg province; Russian; from peasants; non-partisan; Secondary technical education: graduated from a technical school at the Sestroretsk Arms Plant. In 1932 he lived in Sestroretsk, worked as a turner at the Dvigatel and Progress factories in Leningrad. Arrested 11/05/1932. At the visiting session of the OGPU Collegium on December 8, 1932, he was sentenced under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison. He served his sentence in Svirlag. In 1937 he lived in Rybinsk, worked as a turner in a tractor repair workshop. Arrested 07/27/1937; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD of the Yaroslavl region on August 17, 1937 as a member of a “counter-revolutionary Trotskyist-terrorist group” to VMN; executed on August 18, 1937. Rehabilitated in the 1932 case by the presidium of the Leningrad City Court on February 17, 1988; on the case of 1937 - VT Moscow Military District 09/10/1956.
