Genus. in 1890; member of the RSDLP(b) from January 1917. Until 1923 - executive secretary of the Starobelsky district committee of the Communist Party (b)U of the Kharkov province, then at party work in the Donbass. In 1928–1930 – executive secretary of the Chernigov district committee of the Communist Party (b)U; in 1930–1932 – executive secretary of the Nikolaev city committee of the Communist Party (b)U; 07/01/1932–07/16/1932 - executive secretary of the Lugansk city committee of the CP(b)U, from 1935 - chairman of the Donetsk regional council of trade unions, from 1937 - 3rd secretary of the Donetsk regional committee of the CP(b)U; arrested and sentenced on September 26, 1937 by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces under Art. 54-7, 8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to VMN. Rehabilitated.
