Genus. in 1929 in the city of Olesk, Lviv region. She graduated from a cultural and educational technical school and a library institute. She was arrested three times in 1947–1949 and sentenced to 25 years of hard labor. She served hard labor in the Komi Republic, in the Minlag, the city of Inta. In 1955 she was released and rehabilitated. After her release, she lived in Lvov, was awarded government awards, and was an honorary member of the “Union of Ukrainian Women” and the “All-Ukrainian Society of Political Prisoners and Repressed Persons.” According to her recollections, during 1992-1993. two documentaries have been shot. She died on December 29, 2018 in Lviv.
