Genus. in 1891 in the settlement of Varvarovka , Volchansky district, Kharkov region; Ukrainian;   from a family of merchants; incomplete higher education; member of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 1920 to 1935. Planner, deputy chairman of the City Council, party worker, unemployed at the time of arrest. Lived in Kharkov, K. Liebknechta, 17/19, apt. 35. Arrested 04/04/1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 07/08/1937 under Art. 54-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (as a member of a counter-revolutionary terrorist and sabotage organization) to the VMN. Shot 07/08/1937. Burial place - Kharkov. Rehabilitated 07/28/1956.
