Sentenced by the Penza Regional Court on November 12, 1939 under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of labor camp. In custody in the Kuibyshev region. At the end of his term, he was exiled to the village of Koromyslovka, Kuzovatovsky district, Ulyanovsk region. He worked on a collective farm as a blacksmith. Rehabilitated by a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated December 8, 1965.
